About the Experience
What can I expect at the event?
Come discover a thousand original artworks, iconic costumes, and accessories that have inspired entire generations across 2000m² of exhibition space! From Back to the Future to Star Wars, Mary Poppins, Harry Potter, Indiana Jones, Alien, Matrix, Batman, and Terminator, the grand history of cinema is showcased in a Renaissance building listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors. However, outside areas called "coursive" are on the way (access from room to room).
How long does the experience last?
Visitors spend on average 1 hour and 30 minutes at this experience.
Will there be food and drinks for sale on site?
Bottled water and soft drinks are available at the boutique.
Is there parking nearby?
All parking lots in Old Lyon are subject to a charge. Parking is available 5 minutes' walk from the museum.
Will additional sessions be added?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that more dates will be added. Please check the event page for any information regarding availability as well as confirmed dates and times.
Will merchandise be sold?
Yes! Merchandise will be available for sale at the shop.
What happens to the museum's miniature collection from September 2025?
From September 2025, the miniatures will temporarily leave the museum to be restored and prepared for their installation in the future Miniature Museum, due to open in 2026. This essential step will ensure that they are preserved and showcased in a fully dedicated space. During this period, the Cinema & Miniature Museum will remain open and will continue to offer its unique exhibitions on cinema and special effects, so that our visitors can continue to enjoy a rich and unforgettable experience.
About Tickets
Where can I buy tickets?
From the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, and on the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets on site?
There will be an on-site box office. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive. We strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance to ensure your time slot.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free to anyone you choose. Just click "Transfer Ticket" from your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for any further assistance. Don't forget to provide us with your ticket ID number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You will find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Be sure to log in using the same method you used to purchase your ticket. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app under "Tickets". If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure to log in with the same account used to purchase your ticket. If you still can't find your ticket, contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
For this event, all sales are final and tickets are non-refundable, however exchanges are possible up to 24 hours before the event. For more information, please see our Terms & Conditions.
Do you offer press passes?
Yes, we offer complimentary press access, but only with prior notice. If you are a journalist, please contact us here before your visit so we can arrange your entry and keep track of media coverage around the event. Without prior notice, a reduced rate may be offered on-site upon presentation of a valid press card.

This experience is a walking tour. If you need to rest, seating will be available throughout the route.
Will there be restrooms on site?
Restrooms will be available on site. Please ask our staff for directions.
Can I use my camera or video recorder during the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. However, please make sure not to use flash when taking photos. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found?
We recommend asking staff on site if they have found your personal belongings.
Is there a cloakroom available?
Unfortunately, there is no cloakroom available.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no minimum age required to participate in the experience, and tickets are free for children under 4 years old. The venue is stroller accessible.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Am I allowed to speak or give a tour inside the museum?
